Swords ensure to sell the very best in quality handcrafted
merchandise, and are certain that you will be very happy
with your purchase. If in the unlikely event, you have a
problem with any of our products purchased from us.
Below
are the terms and conditions for returning your goods, and
this is in compliance with our suppliers:
Some
of our products are custom-made to suit your specifications
and requirements. As these products are tailor-made we cannot
provide exchanges or refunds unless the product is deemed
as faulty, i.e. the item has a defect as a result of manufacturing
process.
Non custom-made items can be refunded if the product
is faulty and exchanged if the item is returned to us in
its original unused condition within 28 days of delivery.
If in the unlikely instance, you find your purchase to be
faulty. We ask that you contact us within a period of 7
days, and return the item within 28 days of delivery.
We
will then take appropriate action to either repair or replace
the item. Your postal costs for returning faulty goods will
be reimbursed to you, once we are satisfied that the product
is faulty due to manufacturing process. Postal costs will
only be refunded on faulty goods.
